They make getting your transcripts extremely difficult. Admission deadlines are between March 1 and June 1, but they make sure that you cannot get a transcript for another university until mid-June, making it extremely difficult to apply to other universities. They lost me hundreds of dollars of student loans by not communicating properly with the government about them. Even the student government kinda sucks and the student associations shut down classes semi-regularly for "protests" which they themselves will admit are designed to accomplish nothing. If you are trans, good luck, I wish you well, but probably don't go to this university. The admin will quite literally lie about laws that don't exist in order to justify disrespecting you. I had to get the human rights office to harass the admin for a month before they got done half of what they said they would do before I started attending. Really really bad university with a virtual monopoly on higher education for the city that they didn't earn, but inherited by being here for so long.
