I would highly advise anyone against going here. My cohort started with 19 of us, we are now down to 9 in second year. The professors have massive egos, they do not care about the students, just making themselves look good. I have proof that I gave to the chair and he dean of the program coordinator Molly Hill lying to me about my options regarding appeals since I failed two classes. she lied about the options i had, essentially pushing me out of the program after telling me I should leave if i was not happy because I brought up concerns about faculty. If you are neurodivergent or need help with accommodations- good luck with that too! I was denied accommodations for the program which heavily affected my grades. I was ignored by multiple people at the school and almost ghosted after sending out over 6 emails and not getting a response back from anyone. The people at this school only want your money. During my final evaluations, my project was ruined by the professors not being careful and spilling all over my work. They laughed about it and continued to point to someone else's work beside mine to compare it to. The classes are not even set up for success. Professors will teach a lecture for maybe an hour sometimes but expect you to stay for up to 4 hours afterwards and will get mad if you don't. They have clear favourites in the class which they make clear. One of my 5 hour classes last term consisted of just a 10 minute meeting with the professors and the rest of the time we were expected to work in groups even though we had no direction on what to do. One of the resources on an assignment sheet had "google" listed. It honestly feels like all this program does is give you access to videos to teach yourself graphic design.n The list goes on and on and on. Mike, one of the professors, also told a student if they had disabilities they should not be in the program. The ONLY professor I would like to mention as she has. nothing to do with what was previously mentioned is Barb. She is a kind, empathetic individual who actually cares about the students and will actually show up to class with something to teach.
